Depending on the purpose, I work with open source systems such as WordPress and Drupal. Both systems are based on the PHP programming language and the MySQL database. Both PHP and MySQL are very common and usually do not require any special hosting requirements.
Both systems have their justification. Which CMS is the right one for you depends on the problem you want to solve and your needs today and in the future.

This allows efficient implementation of projects with a wide variety of objectives.
