Course of a project
From the first conversation to running operations, in four steps. Each can be commissioned on its own, and you can stop after any of them.
Overview
First conversation and scope
Half an hour, three questions, and a number rather than a feeling at the end.
Concept and draft
Research, prototype, test, rebuild. The shortest phase and the most consequential.
Delivery
In steps that are usable on their own, on open source and your own infrastructure.
Operations and upkeep
Updates, backups, further development, introduction. Or you take it on yourself.
