Design Thinking Package
The workshop day, followed by two working days of support. Meant for teams that do not want to get to know the method but to invent or further develop one particular product.
Key facts
- 4-12 people
- 7,5 hours
- Decision makers & practitioners
- Invention or further development of a product
What is included
The day is the same as in the Design Thinking workshop: six phases, inputs, work on your own topic. Up to twelve people can take part, four more than on the single workshop day.
After that comes a mentoring phase of two working days. It makes sure the method does not get shelved once the appointment is over. Added to that is support until a prototype stands, and the same materials and instructions as in the single workshop.
When the package pays off
When a specific product is on the table. The single day ends with practice, the package ends with a draft you can put in front of someone.
When the team is larger than eight people. And when it is foreseeable that questions will come up after the workshop day that nobody in the house can answer.
When the single day is enough
When your team first wants to get to know the way of working and then decide for itself whether it suits you.
And when the two accompanying days cannot be fitted into the calendar. A mentoring phase nobody attends costs more than the workshop alone.
Who the package is not for
Projects where it is already settled what will be built. The procedure then only confirms a decision that was taken long ago.
